RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note: The Season Boutique does not offer refunds to original payment methods. Eligible approved returns may qualify for exchange or store credit only in accordance with the policy below.
RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping with The Season Boutique. We hope you love your purchase! Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds to original payment methods are not offered.
Exceptions may be made for eligible merchandise in the form of exchange or store credit only, at the sole discretion of The Season Boutique.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Eligible merchandise must:
• Be returned within 14 days of delivery or in-store purchase
• Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Have original tags attached
• Be free of makeup, perfume, smoke, deodorant marks, pet hair, stains, or damage
• Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Return authorization and instructions will be provided once your request is reviewed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an incorrect or damaged item was received.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
ONLINE RETURNS
Approved online returns:
• Are subject to a 20% restocking fee
• Are eligible for exchange or store credit only
• Do not include reimbursement of original shipping charges

NON-RETURNABLE / FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:
• Sale or clearance merchandise
• Seasonal or holiday merchandise
• Season Collection items
• Underwear or intimates
• Jewelry and accessories
• Candles, fragrances, bath, beauty, or personal care products
• Gift cards
• Local art
• Custom or personalized items
• Special orders
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 3 days of receipt if:
• Your item arrives damaged
• You receive the wrong item
• Your order is incomplete

EXCHANGES
If you would like a different size or item, the fastest way to receive it is to place a new order after your approved return has been processed.
The Season Boutique cannot guarantee inventory availability for exchange items.
HOLIDAY RETURNS
Holiday purchases made between November 15 and December 24 may be eligible for extended store credit through January 5.
REFUSED OR RETURNED PACKAGES
Packages refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect or insufficient shipping address may be subject to additional shipping fees.
The Season Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
EUROPEAN UNION ORDERS
If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return eligible orders within 14 days in accordance with applicable law. Items must remain unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
POLICY CHANGES
The Season Boutique reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
By completing a purchase with The Season Boutique, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms of this return policy.
